For many 100's of years truth mixed with lies have been spoken from many pulpits to turn the hearts of the people towards a particular denomination, a particular popular leader, a particular local church [to have control over the people and their purse] instead of speaking the Truth in Love and turning the hearts of the people towards God. Its time change takes place. It’s time for an awakening. It’s time for men and women like Ezekiel to rise up and hear God and Speak The Supernatural Word of God and Call upon the Spirit of God, then the Church of the Living God will arise and shine and function and move with authority and power like the Son of the Almighty God.
 Luke 12:35 (NKJV) “Let your waist be girded and your lamps burning; All of us must deal with authority and responsibility. The parables Jesus told in Luke 12:35–48 talk about the believer’s faithfulness to God. But they also remind us of faithful conduct on the job. To be sure, our work relationships are more complicated—and civilized—than those between slaves and masters. But in light of the principles raised in this passage, it is important that we ask:
1] Are we doing a productive work when our supervisors are gone as when they are looking over us?
2] Do we try to anticipate their needs and desires, or do we wait until told what to do?
3] Do we pray for our employers and fellow workers and the work we do with them?
4] Do Church leaders take care of their flock by feeding them with Truth, caring for them, protecting them through their prayers and wise counsel?
5] Do we take care of God’s ministers, honoring them with wages that is due them? Jesus has a high regard for faithfulness. In this passage He challenges us [Church staffs and the Church in the workplace] to carry out our spiritual responsibilities in a faithful and diligent way. But clearly we need to fulfill our everyday work responsibilities with the same reliable, faithful spirit.
Friends, let us with thankfulness be prepared to cross over with a preparedness to face New Opportunities, New Boundaries, New Challenges, and New Strength from above. Moving with God to New heights with an added help from above which will give us the resources [without limit] and the speed to cover great distance and territories. A unity that comes out of humility [what was scattered by God when He saw pride will be united by God because of humility (Gen 11:8)] will now welcome the Kingdom of God and works towards the fullness of the Kingdom of God. Dear friends, I urge you to stay focus upon our Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ and we will do the same thing that He did and is doing that is the Father’s WILL. We will ALL move in the same direction.

Distraction and Deception

In Matthew’s gospel chapter 24, Jesus was teaching His Apostles and Disciples about the end time and His 2^nd coming. In that passage Jesus mentioned about deception 4 times to His leaders. Why? It’s possible for us [God’s people] to be deceived and be distracted from traveling in the “narrow path”. Leaders who sat with Jesus, walked with Jesus, worked with Jesus were distracted and failed to grasp the real reason Jesus came. Until the last day before Jesus was crucified, the apostles of Jesus were focused upon self; who is the greatest; about making a name for themselves [a competitive spirit]. The only way to counter this is to fix our eyes upon Jesus. As I urge you, I am also encouraging myself to do this.

Gathering together with like minded [Mind of Christ]

The author of Hebrews said “Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together as is the manner of some but exhorting one another and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.”

Many are deceived into thinking that when they attend service on Sunday and go for their cell group [or house group or whatever they call it (to be different from other local churches)] they are fulfilling Hebrews 10:25.

Questions we need to ask

1] Do we assemble around God [or around the senior pastors who want to make a name for themselves]? BTW there are senior pastors who are godly shepherds BUT very few around.

2] Do we assemble to consider one another [to think carefully about others]?

3] Do we assemble to stir up love?

4] Do we exhort each other to do God’s will?

5] Does our assembling together lead us into truth [what is seen and heard] or is making us into hypocrites?

6] Does our assembling together help us to become real truthful people?

Friends, we have set aside this whole month of December to rest and reflect and also to prepare for the coming 2013.  We thank God for the opportunities [New Doors opened] we were given to teach and impart in Indonesia [Kupang / Semarang], Philippines [Pasig, Antipolo], Sri Lanka, Thailand [Songkla, Thung Song and Nakhon Si Thamarat] and Malaysia [Malacca, Sarawak and Penang]. We are praying that the old places be strengthened and established and for more new territories to open up this coming New Year. Praying that God will raise up more and more men and women who will stand with us with their prayers and substance and send us to the nations.

Romans 10:15 (NKJV) And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written:  “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!”

Prayer for you

Father, we pray that you may continue to make our friends to increase and abound in love one for another and for all so that You may establish their hearts blameless in holiness before You, God and Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all His saints. Amen.

Revelation 7:9-10 (NKJV) 9 After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands, 10 and crying out with a loud voice, saying, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”
Praise and thanksgiving be to God for your friendship and partnership in the discipling of the nations. Because of your standing with us and sending us to the nations, the sons of God [women too are sons] are being prepared and positioned in strategic places in the nations to influence and impact. It is a great privilege and joy to be part of this equipping team; to pour out into the next generation of leaders and to see them rise up and shine.
It was a joy meeting one of my students [YWAM 2002 in Gowriwakam –Chennai –India] after 10 years in New Delhi heading the Kingdom Life Discipleship Training School. [He is the founder and director of this school which God sowed into his spirit some time ago]. Listening to him and his passion in the Lord Jesus excited me and motivated me further.
As we see the Day of the Lord Jesus, is approaching closer and closer, let us work together to disciple the nations.

SRI LANKA REPORT

Every year He has been extending our borders so that we can bring the Truth that we have received and impart into the up building of church leaders. We thank those who are praying for us faithfully. In the midst of the financial crisis that has hit the Nations there are local churches that has given in to that pressure But I thank God for those who have faithfully and consistently stood by the side of us with their financial support which has helped us to live and travel and minister. May God bless them according to what they have done and according to His character. On the 28/5/2012 Sri Lanka opened its door and I thank God for the woman of peace [Nimali –YWAM leader] who was willing to come to the airport to fetch me and house me in her base and feed me. The next day I traveled to Kandy by train [central of Sri Lanka up on the hills] together with a YWAM team [ 2 men and 8 women (7 nations) from Kona –Hawaii] and was there for 3 days ministering to the church in Pellekele, Hirasagala and Hantana that met in houses seeing at least 1 woman in her late 70’s [blind for 25 years] receiving her sight back. On 1/6/2012 traveled back to Colombo by train [ train broke down –3 hours trip became 4hours trip] with the help of Roshan [ a minister from Kandy] accompanying me. Had the privilege and joy of staying with Pr. Mendis and family and knowing his passion and work. He has 65 churches in Sri Lanka and overseas totaling 125000 members [according to his report]. I ministered in 3 congregations on Sat [1 service] and Sun [2 services] with his sons interpreting for me.
